NALP members, join us for The Pulse of Recruiting: Real Time Trends & Practical Guidance, a joint presentation by Flo Recruit and members of NALP’s Board of Directors.

Flo Recruit will provide current data on large firm recruiting activity, from 1L and 2L portal openings and interview volume to firm on-campus engagement. Following the data briefing, school-side Board members will discuss what they are observing on their campuses and how they are guiding students in today’s recruiting landscape.

With perspectives from schools of different sizes, regions, and student career paths, this session will provide both a real time snapshot of recruiting and practical strategies for members to support their students as the next hiring cycle unfolds.
