Can we run student and lateral recruiting in one system without bleeding into each other?

Yes. Pipeline templates, status sets, evaluation forms, and emails can be different per practice group, office, and recruiting type. Student and lateral workflows stay separate - but a single candidate's history is visible across all of them.

How does the agency portal work?

You control which agencies can see and submit to which searches, and adjust that over time. Agency recruiter contacts and active / inactive partnerships live in Flo. Submissions land directly in the right pipeline; you correspond with the recruiter from inside the candidate record.

What does the HRIS handoff look like?

Flo's HRIS API moves hired candidates from the ATS into your HR system - Workday, ADP, BambooHR, or a custom internal API. We work with your IT team to scope fields, run a test load, and document the integration. Developer docs are at docs.joinflo.com.

What about LinkedIn and Indeed posting?

Auto-post is included. When you open a search in Flo, you can push it to LinkedIn and / or Indeed with no extra steps. This is especially valuable for lateral and business-services hiring where sourcing depth matters.
