Performance Management onboarding, answered

Questions PD teams ask most when evaluating a switch to Flo.

Can we launch before our next review cycle?

In almost every case, yes. PM implementation runs in five guided live sessions and a few weeks of build - the typical firm launches their first real cycle within 6-8 weeks of kickoff.

Do you migrate our existing evaluation forms?

Yes. Your admins decide what to keep, edit, or drop before anything goes live.

Can different populations (associates, partners, business professionals) have different cycles?

Yes. Annual associate reviews, mid-year laterals, partner promotion, and business professional reviews each run in their own cycle with their own forms, reviewers, scoring, and visibility rules - all in the same Flo workspace.

How are visibility and acknowledgment handled?

Admins set visibility per cycle - which scores, comments, and quotations reviewees see and when. Acknowledgments are built in, so you can require sign-off after release and store the record.

Can matters from our billing system be pulled into Flo?

The Matters API pulls case / matter assignments from your billing system into the platform. Reviewers see what an associate actually worked on alongside the eval - context without manual lookups. Docs at docs.joinflo.com.

What does support look like during my first cycle?

A dedicated customer success team that knows legal, with live Help Chat that answers in under a minute. You'll have a named Account Manager and Customer Support lead on call during your first cycle, plus scheduled check-ins as your review program grows.
